ICAP Professional Accountants in Business (PAIB) Committee in collaboration with the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC) has developed a high-quality transformational training program “Finance Leader 2.0”. The program is planned on September 8, 9, 12 and 13 in Lahore. The participants will also be having an international personality self-assessment and the one-on-one session can also be planned on September 10, 2022, in Lahore.
In 2021, the program was a huge success in Karachi with participation by 40 participants from thirty organizations. Further, more than 10 speakers from the corporate world shared their transformation stories and helped the participants with key takeaways for intellectual and professional development. The program is a blend of knowledge acquisition and application of Leading Self, Leading Change, Leading Strategy, and Leading Culture. It is a comprehensive 4-days training designed for ambitious mid to senior-level finance professionals willing to take the next step to transform themselves and their organizations.
Mr. Farhad Karamally is the Lead Facilitator for the program who will be using blended learning including case studies, simulations, group activities, and quick assessments to give a holistic learning experience to participants. The program will also feature corporate leaders who will share their extensive transformational experience focusing on corporate success stories and application methods.
